Senior Amanda Bermudez performs Shakesphere's Sonnet 116 on the F Train coming back from a visit to New York University to see a rehearsal of a play. Amanda and 12 other students are in the 24 Hour Play Intersession. In the course, in a 24 hour period, students write, direct and perform an original play. Do the Right Thing actress Rosie Perez and Michael K. Willimas, Omar from the Wire, are directing the plays. Intersession is a three day course between the semesters that let students get an more in-depth learning experience.
